Yes. Payments land directly in your Stripe account; Bookify never holds your money.

Can customers still choose to pay at the venue?

Yes. Optional mode offers pay-now or pay-at-the-venue, and the appointment shows which they chose.

How do refunds work?

Refund in Stripe as usual; Bookify picks it up and marks the appointment payment as refunded automatically.
