Cookie policy

What cookies we use
Bookify uses only strictly necessary cookies: the ones required to sign you in and keep the site secure. We run no advertising and no cross-site tracking. Our analytics (Repora) works without cookies — see the local storage note below and the analytics section of the privacy policy.
The full list
| Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| bookify-session | Keeps you signed in during a visit. | Session (2 hours) |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery. | Session |
| remember_web_* | Keeps you signed in between visits when you tick "Remember me". | Up to 5 years |
We also use your browser's local storage (not cookies) for small conveniences that never leave your browser: your cookie choice, your light/dark theme, and dismissed hint cards. One additional local storage entry, _beacon_vid, holds the random visitor identifier for our privacy-friendly analytics (Repora); it is sent only to our analytics service, contains no personal details, and is never shared with advertisers.
Your choices
Because these cookies are strictly necessary, the service cannot work without them, and blocking them in your browser will prevent signing in. If we ever introduce optional cookies (such as analytics), they will stay off unless you accept them in the consent banner.
to review or change your choice at any time.
