Email support@bookify.one. If you already have an account, include your booking page address so we can find your workspace straight away.
I booked an appointment with a business. Who do I contact?
The business itself: its contact details are on its booking page. Bookify runs the booking software, but each business manages its own appointments.
Is Bookify down?
Live availability and 90 days of history are on the status page.
How do I report a security issue?
Follow the contact details in our security.txt. Please give us a chance to fix the issue before sharing it publicly.
